Fast Teen Weight Loss: Turbulence Training

So I had spent about a year trying to lose some weight without letting many people know about it and I managed to lose about 15 lbs, well 13 lbs, whatever. I was happy about it, people noticed I lost some weight. I got to go shopping for some new clothes that fit, ;)

I wasn't as thin as I wanted to be and I'm kinda embarrassed but I was still about 160lbs. Big change from 173lbs when I started about a year before, but I still wanted to lose some more. I'm about 5'7 so I thought if I could get down to 150 or less I'd be happy.

I started to not get so afraid of doing a little work because people were noticing I was losing weight already so I wasn't so embarrassed about it. About that time, I heard about Turbulence Training when on facebook.

The last thing I wanted to do was spend all day exercising. Honestly, if I spent more than about 10 minutes exercising, I get bored. So, what they showed me in Turbulence Training was how you could exercise a little bit and make it work the best. I didn't like the exercising part, but I lost 19lbs during my junior year.

I went right past 150 and almost down to 140lbs... I was totally excited. I still am. I totally out ran a lot of my guy friends and was like the strongest girl in my class. Here's what I thought of it:

Value A+
It was $39.55, which was less than the others and the cheapest of all of the programs I bought.

How Easy? B
Not an A because I had to exercise, but they why they have you do it rocks. It's not easy, but it's not like life-ending either.

I read it as soon as I paid and they would answer my emails the same day normally.

Effectiveness A
I might not be a super model, but I didn't want to be. I lost more with this program than the other two combined..! Totally works.

This was the next program I tried.

I used this program for about 9 months total and I really like it because it just basically modified what I learned from before. I already learned that's I could eat some easier cheat foods like cake and pizza but I could do it while I was losing weight.

I didn't lose a bunch of weight, and not as much as I wanted though. I was happy about losing the 5 pounds over my first couple of months, but I was still bigger than all of my friends. I wanted to lose at least another 15 more lbs and I just kinda froze.

So I checked this out and it taught me that if I split things up I could lose even more weight. They give you a really good idea of how you can setup your snacks throughout the day to begin losing weight again if (like me) you lost a couple pounds but couldn't lose anymore. Totally helpful.

Also, I didn't do any exercise with this program either, so big time easy on my social life and nobody had really known that I was doing anything different. While I used this program, I got my first compliment. Someone finally noticed that I was losing weight and I totally played it off like "Yeah, you know, no big deal." HA!

Value B+
When I bought it, it was $70 and I would have given it a B- but it's like $39 now and that makes it a B+

How Easy? A+
Once again, I didn't join a gym or anything.

I got it immediately but never got a reply to a question I sent. But I did send the question like 4 months after I bought it.

I lost more weight, but still not as much as I wanted. It get's a B, more than cheat your way thin because it worked better.

Cheat Your Way Thin:

This was my first program and it wasn't too bad. I liked it because it made an excellent transition for me. I am after all still a normal person. I'm not one of those people that can survive on cereal and celery, lol.

No seriously, I was embarrassed about my weight problem so I didn't want to draw anymore attention to it by having to act like a spaz around my friends and not eat pizza at lunch or when I crashed at a friends house.

I not only wanted to still be kinda like normal, but I didn't want to even act like I was doing anything different. I didn't want to draw any more attention to be nervous about my body so nobody would ask questions or make fun of me for not being like everyone else.

It was a good system for what I needed at first. Like I said, kinda like a "Go-Bettwen" or transition from being fat to losing weight. And it worked kinda the same way.

The idea was to make your body go on acting like normal and not know it's dieting because you are eating all of the things you shouldn't, but eating some of the right foods to still lose weight. They gave me a lot of good direction on basic nutrition stuff that you think you know but they explain how to make it all come together.

Of all of programs I bought, this was by far the best for giving me a real understanding of what I wanted to do. Every time you change, your body adjusts.

Think about it. Every time you go in the sun you body reacts and gets a tan or darker. Every time you go on a diet, your body reacts and makes the diet less effective by using less energy from the food.

Basically you deprive yourself of the stuff you like and your body just goes on without it but burns less fat during the day and you don't lose any weight.

What this taught me was that I could lose weight and eat like normal so nobody would know. It was $47, not the cheapest.

It also involved no exercise, so big bonus for being the easiest.

Fast Teen Weight Loss

Hiya everyone :)

My name is Sarah, but most people call me Smiley's. You know how "Bigger" people tend to have big smiles? Well, that's pretty much what I had. I still have a nice smiley but I lost some serious weight over the past 2 years and most of it was in the past 5 months or so.

I spent most of my life being overweight. Ever since I can remember really. The first time I really realized it was when my friends were making fun of me in second grade. Like most kids at recess in second grade, we played kick all. All of us, the boys the girls, different grades all together. I was "Up to kick" and I completely missed. I can't even remember the kids name now but some boy started laughing and making fun of the fake "Tornado blast of air my fat leg made" when I missed. My life pretty much only got worse from there.

I totally internalized it and never really let on to anyone that it bothered me. Occasionally I'd break down and cry in the bathroom, but I was really embarrassed about it and never told anyone. Whenever I got uncomfortable I would just smile. That's kinda how I got the name smiley's I guess. I was always smiling even though I was really upset.

About my sophomore year of high school I couldn't take it anymore. I didn't want people to think of me as the fat girl and I started looking for products to give me the tools I needed to lose weight on my own, and naturally. I didn't want to take a bunch of drugs or stuff and I wanted it to be something easy.

I tried 3 different products and each on worked in it's own sort of way. 2 didn't work as well as the last one but over the course of about 2 years I lost a total of 30 lbs. That's a lot! I can actually run now. Not kinda jog and want to die, but run... for more than 50 feet. I can out run a lot of the guys I hang out with and that's totally awesome feeling. I'm now the "Fit" girl but I don't really exercise that much.

Anyways, I made this blog to give you a little background on what I did and what worked for me, and what really didn't work as well. Like I said, everything worked for me in it's own way but 18 lbs of the 30 lbs I lost, I lost in the last 5 months with what I think was the best product out of the group. It's not perfect but I can't argue with being 18lbs lighter.

I broke this down to be pretty simple. I'm going to tell you a bit about everything I tried, and rate it in a few categories so that you have a better idea of where I'd put it. It will be like A+ through F-, kinda like school.
